What time can I check in?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. If you arrive earlier, we’ll be glad to store your bags while you begin to unwind. Perhaps ease into your stay with one of our spa treatments. It’s a serene way to start your Corinthia experience.

What time do I have to check out?
Check-out is at 12 noon. We’re happy to hold your bags should you wish to explore a little longer. To make your departure day extra special, you may wish to book a spa treatment before you leave. It’s the perfect finale to your time with us.

When is the spa open?
Biome by Corinthia London is open between 7am to 9pm daily. The gym is open 24 hours a day for hotel guests.

Can children use the spa?
Please note, we do not provide treatments for persons under the age of 16. We welcome resident children (under 12 years) only during family swimming hours from 8 to 10am and 4 to 5pm daily, in which they are permitted to use the swimming pool only.

When and where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in Mezzogiorno between 6:30 to 10:30am from Monday to Friday, and 7to 11am on Saturday and Sunday.

Do I need a reservation for dinner?
Our restaurants are very popular and so booking is recommended. Please speak to a member of our team and we would be delighted to make a reservation for you. Walk-ins are welcomed but we cannot guarantee a table. 

What cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Mastercard and Visa.

What is the closest tube station?
Embankment Station is a two-minute walk away and Charing Cross Station is a three-minute walk away. 

What attractions are nearby the hotel?
We are very fortunate with our central location. Landmark sights such as the London Eye, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey are very close by.
