The Menu

Our innovative menu, fondly named 'The Quote Book', draws its inspiration from the profound words of historical icons. From Frida Kahlo to Walt Disney, Marie Curie to Coco Chanel, their wisdom ignited the imaginations of Salvatore and our Velvet team to produce an exceptional new collection of cocktails.

Harnessing the power of AI, these celebrated figures have also been reimagined in a contemporary light. Picture Albert Einstein sporting a sleek silver jacket with stylish white sunglasses and Michael Jordan slam-dunking an ice cube from atop a fiery lake.

This menu is a fusion of history and modernity, a journey through time and taste. Join us as we explore the past to create the future at Velvet.

LOVE GENERATION

"I believe that one person can make a difference" - Greta Thunberg | A harmonious blend of Ketel One Vodka, Palo Cortado and Adriatico Liqueur, this cocktail is served in a vessel crafted from wax, each with its own unique tale to tell. 'Love Generation' also contains our special homemade Lemon Verbena Milk, created from leftover citrus peel and sugar to form a delicious zero-waste cordial.

ICE CUBIST

"Some painters transform the sun into a yellow spot, others transform a yellow spot into the sun" - Pablo Picasso | Complementing this spiced, tropical cocktail is a stunning ceramic vessel. Handcrafted in Sicily, it is inspired by Picasso's recognisable artworks and features four of his most-used colours.

FOREVER YOUNG

"Our lives are defined by opportunities, even the ones we miss" - Benjamin Button | Inspired by the well-loved movie, this long cocktail is an expression of both the young and the old. One glass contains two different drinks which combine perfectly when sipped.
