Throughout the evening, Francesco will share the stories behind each dish, from cherished regional recipes to the ingredients, memories and culinary traditions that have shaped his career. Paired with Luca’s carefully chosen wines, each course is designed to reveal new layers of flavour and bring the spirit of Southern Italy to life.

Meet Francesco
Chef Francesco Mazzei grew up surrounded by the traditions and flavours of the Italian South. Over four decades, his craft has taken him from his family kitchen to Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels. In 2019, he was awarded the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic for his promotion of Italian gastronomy. At Mezzogiorno, his heritage shines through in every soulful, refined dish.
