At Mezzogiorno, pasta is at the heart of everything we do. From our dedicated pasta station, where fresh pasta is made by hand each day, to the regional recipes served at our tables, it's a craft that connects us to generations of Italian tradition.
For October, Chef Francesco Mazzei celebrates Italy's most beloved culinary staple with a special menu of four iconic pasta dishes. Inspired by the recipes he cooks at home, each dish has been chosen to represent a different region of Italy, showcasing the diversity, heritage and flavours that define Italian cuisine. Together, they celebrate the timeless classics that every Italian knows and believes should be experienced at least once.
