Corinthia Hotel & Residences Turks & Caicos

Set directly on the beachfront of Grace Bay, Corinthia Turks & Caicos has been conceived around its extraordinary natural setting, creating a close connection between architecture, landscape and the surrounding coastal environment.

Alongside the hotel, the development will feature a collection of fully serviced Corinthia branded residences, including beachfront villas, casitas and condominiums.

A spa and wellness centre, multiple swimming pools, a beach club, signature restaurants, retail and padel courts will complete the resort experience.

Inspired by the calm, shallow waters of the Caicos Banks, the architectural approach will embrace understated design, natural ventilation and indoor-outdoor living.

Construction is currently expected to begin in 2027. The project represents another significant addition to our growing international portfolio of hotels, resorts and residences, as we continue to expand through third-party management, strategic acquisitions, partnerships and development.
