Experience brasserie-style dining with Chef Christophe Hardiquest at the helm, where his Belgian heritage meets a gourmet twist. After achieving acclaim at the Michelin-starred Menssa and previously 2 Michelin-starred Bon Bon, Christophe revitalises his celebrated Bon Bon brand in this new brasserie. Here, he infuses culinary tradition with a modern, approachable flair.

By reservation only. €95 per person, including a welcome glass of Ruinart. For groups of eight guests or more, a private room hire fee of €35 per person applies.
