"Le Petit bon bon is my way of revisiting Bon Bon's essence - bold flavours and refined techniques - but in a simpler, more playful form that connects with our local traditions." - Christophe Hardiquest
A Belgian brasserie, reimagined by Christophe Hardiquest.
Le Petit bon bon celebrates the dishes Belgians know and love. Comforting flavours, seasonal produce and generous plates are guided by Christophe Hardiquest’s passion and precision. The classics stay the classics, though they might arrive with a small twist here and there. The setting feels relaxed and lively, with all the charm of a true Belgian brasserie.
