Corinthia’s story in Italy continues, from the opening of Corinthia Rome, to Lake Como in 2028, and now to the Tuscan countryside. At Corinthia Borgo di Perolla a 13th-century village is being brought back to life within a 1,300-hectare estate of sustainably managed woodland, vineyards and olive groves. Opening in 2030, the resort will reimagine historic buildings as a living borgo, centred on a piazza and guided by the rhythms and traditions of Tuscany.

Crafted for life in Tuscany

Surrounded by rolling countryside and within easy reach of Massa Marittima, the coast and Tuscany’s celebrated hot springs, the setting balances rural seclusion with access to the region’s most sought-after destinations.

The resort will feature 80 keys, including suites and private villas, alongside a collection of restaurants and social spaces celebrating local cuisine and seasonal produce.

A farm-to-table philosophy will shape the culinary offering, with ingredients sourced from the estate and surrounding landscape, including olive oil, wine and honey. Wellness spaces, a restored chapel for weddings and celebrations, and branded residences will complete a destination designed for both short stays and longer living.

“We are delighted to partner with Gaetano Buglisi on a new project that so clearly aligns with our values. As our third property in Italy, Borgo di Perolla, Tuscany marks an important step in strengthening Corinthia’s presence in this wonderful market. It will be a destination shaped by its environment, its community and its heritage – brought to life through a shared vision of sustainable luxury and meaningful guest experiences.”
