What time can I check in?
Standard check-in time is 3pm. If you are arriving earlier, we are happy to store your bags and of course, there are always the spa facilities at ESPA Life at Corinthia to keep you occupied.

What time do I have to check out?
Standard check-out time is at 12noon. We can store your bags if you wish to spend the day exploring the city. ESPA Life at Corinthia is also available to use for the rest of your departure day. 

When is the spa open?
ESPA Life is open between 7am - 9pm daily. The gym is open 24 hours a day for hotel guests.

Can children use the spa?
ESPA Life does not provide treatments for persons under the age of 16. We welcome resident children (under 12 years) only during family swimming hours from 8 - 10am and 4 – 5pm daily, in which they are permitted to use the swimming pool only.

When and where is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in The Northall between 6:30-10:30am from Monday to Friday, and 7-11am on Saturday and Sunday.

Do I need a reservation for dinner?
Our restaurants are very popular and so booking is recommended. Please speak to a member of our team and we would be delighted to make a reservation for you. Walk-ins are welcomed but we cannot guarantee a table. 

What cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, JCB, Union Pay, Mastercard and Visa.

What is the closest tube station?
Embankment Station is a two-minute walk away and Charing Cross Station is a three-minute walk away. 

What attractions are nearby the hotel?
We are very fortunate with our central location. Landmark sights such as the London Eye, Big Ben and Westminster Abbey are very close by.
