Before your 3-day programme commences, you will have an online consultation with an expert practitioner from the London Regenerative Institute to discuss your well-being goals and any health concerns.
You will also be asked to complete a medical and lifestyle questionnaire.
Begin with an in-person health assessment, including an AI Skin & Body Analysis, with your LRI practitioner. Following this, enjoy a Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) session, designed to enhance delivery of oxygen to the body's tissues and boost healing capabilities.
Spend time savouring the Thermal Floor at ESPA Life at Corinthia, featuring state-of-the-art facilities including an amphitheatre sauna, silver steel swimming pool and sleep pods.
Your second day starts with a fitness class with an expert coach from AMP (Athletic Medical Performance), followed by another HBOT session and an Intermittent Hypoxic Training (IHT) session. IHT uses repeated cycles of low and regular oxygen exposure to stimulate cellular function and optimise regenerative potential.
You will also receive a Reflexology Treatment at ESPA Life and full access to the Thermal Floor to facilitate deeper relaxation.
On your final day, enjoy another fitness class in our leading-edge gym and an ESPA Detox Swedish Massage, designed to detoxify and awaken the body from head to toe.
You will sit down with your dedicated LRI practitioner to discuss a bespoke wellness plan for you to follow post-programme and also takeaway some special Platelet-Rich Plasma Cream to use at home.
