New Year’s Eve above Rome

Mark the arrival of 2027 with an extraordinary evening at Corinthia Rome. The celebrations begin at Viride by Carlo Cracco, where a bespoke New Year’s Eve gala menu highlights the finest seasonal ingredients, interpreted through Chef Carlo Cracco’s contemporary culinary vision and accompanied by live music. Then, as the final moments of the year unfold, head to the rooftop terrace for a midnight toast above the Eternal City, with Rome’s spectacular fireworks providing the perfect backdrop to the first moments of 2027.
