• Each room can accommodate one pet weighing up to 10kg, with a non-refundable fee of 50 euros per night
• Please ensure you have the necessary documents ready upon arrival, including pet licensing, civil insurance, and vaccination records
• Kindly carry your pet in elevators and through common areas within the hotel
