Corinthia Hotels Limited today announces that Simon Casson will, at his request, be stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer, after two years of leadership during a period of strategic growth and brand development.

Since his appointment, Simon has played a key role in strengthening the organisation’s leadership and operational structure, expanding the executive team, advancing major hotel openings and partnerships, and positively reinforcing the Corinthia brand narrative.

Following constructive and supportive discussions with the Board of Directors, Simon has agreed to remain with the Company in the role of Senior Strategic Advisor to the Corinthia Group CEO Simon Naudi and the Board of Directors, effective April 2026. In this capacity, he will continue to support Corinthia's long-term strategic priorities and future growth initiatives.

The Board extends its gratitude to Simon for his contributions and leadership and looks forward to his ongoing involvement as the company enters its next chapter.
