Arrival time
- Allow sufficient time prior to your booking to get changed and complete your spa consultation form
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for treatment bookings of under one hour
- Please arrive 30 minutes early for treatment bookings over one hour
- Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time
Cancellations
A 50% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled time.
Children's policy
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of their spa treatment, aside from manicures and pedicures in the nail studio
- Children under 16 are only allowed to use the swimming pool when accompanied by an adult who is a competent swimmer
- Children under 16 are unable to use the gym facilities, water therapy circuit and heat experiences.
How to spa
- Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy
- For health and safety reasons, limit your stay at the water therapy circuit to a maximum of two hours
- Bathing suits are mandatory at the swimming pool and water therapy circuit.
- Towels, robes and slippers will be provided
