Corinthia Corporate Program Terms & Conditions:
To qualify for the Corinthia Corporate Programme, your company needs to stay a minimum of 25 room nights at Corinthia London within a 12-month period.
Rates are per room, per night, excluding the prevailing 20% VAT and breakfast, and are subject to a 5% discretionary service charge. These rates are non-commissionable.
For group requests of more than 9 bedrooms or suites, we would be happy to provide you with a tailor-made quotation based on your requirements. Please note that the rates of the Corinthia Corporate Programme do not apply for group requests.
In case your company falls behind the agreed annual room night pace, Corinthia London reserves the right to renegotiate or terminate the agreement as required.
The cancellation policy requires all individual cancellations to be made by 6 pm local London time, 48 hours prior to arrival, to avoid a one night's cancellation charge.
Corinthia Corporate Programme only applies to Corinthia London and is not applicable for private stays, including stays with family. Proof of corporate ID may be requested on check-in.
Reservations must be made in the name of the company representative and are non-transferrable. Corinthia Corporate Programme is only applicable for direct reservations and not for travel agencies.
Please note that rates under the Corinthia Corporate Programme cannot be combined with other promotional rates or loyalty benefits.
