Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time, especially on your first visit, as you will need to fill out a consultation form. Should you arrive late, we may need to deduct the time from your treatment.
You will have access to the indoor pool, sauna and Jacuzzi following your treatment.
We understand how important it is to stay connected, but as experts in the art of switching off, we insist your time in our spa is free of mobile phones.
If you have a preference for a male or female therapist or any special instructions for our spa team, please let us know when arranging your booking.
In the event you need to cancel, please let us know a minimum of 12 hours in advance to avoid charges. If your treatment is cancelled or postponed within the 12 hours, 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. If no notice is given, 100% will apply.
