Arrival time

Please arrive 20 minutes before your appointment time, especially on your first visit, as you will need to fill out a consultation form. Should you arrive late, we may need to deduct time from your treatment.

You will have access to the indoor pool, sauna, and jacuzzi following your treatment.

A realm of relaxation

We understand how important it is to stay connected, but as experts in the art of switching off, we insist your time in our spa is free of mobile phones.

If you have a preference for a male or female therapist or any special instructions for our spa team, please let us know when arranging your booking.

Cancellation policy

In the event you need to cancel, please let us know a minimum of 12 hours in advance to avoid charges. If your treatment is cancelled or postponed within the 12 hours, 50% of the treatment cost will be applied. If no notice is given, 100% will apply.

Children's policy

Children under 16, who are residents at the hotel, can make use of the indoor pool and spa facilities between 9am and 5pm only.
