What time can I check in?
Check in is at 2pm, but if you arrive a little early you are more than welcome to explore our bars and restaurants or our spa and pools.

What time do I have to check out?
Check out is at 12 noon, but of course, feel free to stay for one last meal at any number of our restaurants or relax a little longer by the pool. 

Are there restaurants at the hotel?
Yes, we have many food and beverage outlets on-site. View all of our restaurants here. 

What attractions are in the vicinity of the hotel?
The hotel is situated in a tranquil area, yet just a stone's throw away from Malta's prime entertainment area. Here you can find a cinema complex, bowling alley, shopping mall, casino and a wide choice of bars, restaurants, nightclubs, shops, open-air cafes and even a sandy beach.

What time do local shops open?
Generally, shops are open 9am - 1pm, and then 4 - 7pm. All shops are closed on Sundays except for the Bay Street shopping complex in St Julian's (a two-minute walk away). 

Should we need a doctor or dentist, can the hotel help?
Yes, the hotel has a GP on 24-hour call. 

What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served 7 - 10:30am.

Is an adaptor provided in the room?
Yes a 240v adaptor is provided in all rooms and Malta uses a 3-pin, UK style plug.

Is there public transport close by?
Yes. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel grounds and a bus terminus offering visitors various routes located a five-minute walk away in Paceville.

Does the hotel offer a courtesy bus service? 
Regrettable, this service is not available at the moment.

Does the hotel arrange airport transfers?
Yes, you can book our airport taxi service and a driver will await your arrival at the airport. Please call us to arrange this ahead of your stay. We can also offer hybrid or electric options.

Do all guests have access to the spa and pool facilities?
Yes, all of our guests can use our pools and spa. But day passes are also available for outside visitors. And those booking a treatment can also use the facilities. 

Is there a children’s pool?
We have adults-only pools, family pools and a special toddlers' pool.
