Carlo Cracco arrives in Rome

Our Grand Boutique ethos is demonstrated through grand architecture and the vibrant social life of the hotel, which is curated by Italy’s celebrated chef Carlo Cracco in his Roman debut.

Known for his refined yet contemporary take on Italian cuisine, Cracco trained with legendary masters including Gualtiero Marchesi and Alain Ducasse, building an international reputation through his acclaimed restaurants in Milan and Portofino, as well as his television series Dinner Club, which explores the rich culinary traditions of Italy.
