Spring arrives in the heart of Rome with a celebration of Easter traditions at Corinthia Rome. Our Easter Brunch brings together the flavours of the season and the warmth of Italian conviviality, with beloved classics such as torta Pasqualina, eggs, casatiello, lamb, pastiera and artisanal chocolate.
The table is bright with the freshness of spring - asparagus, fava beans and peas - while hot dishes and Roman artichokes are served directly from our open kitchen, filling the room with inviting aromas.
