Sandra began her career as a massage therapist in Portugal, where she received training as an Aesthetician-Cosmetologist. Since then, she has worked as a Spa Therapist, specialising in beauty treatments and massage therapies. Certified in manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder Technique), Sandra is dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal physical and mental health. Her passion for wellness led her to further qualifications in sports massage and injury rehabilitation in 2017. As a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, Sandra continually updates her skills to stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in the industry.

With a diverse background in wellness and spa therapies, Riccardo has crafted a remarkable journey to Corinthia London. Starting as a fitness instructor in Italy, Riccardo transitioned into spa therapy roles across Tuscany, Lake Como, and various locations in Asia. Their extensive experience includes studying Thai massage, Ayurvedic practices, and traditional wellness techniques from Japan and China. Upon returning to London, Riccardo joined Espalife at Corinthia, bringing a profound passion for innovative spa therapies.

Damian has been a compassionate and reliable therapist since 2008, renowned for his exceptional approach and touch. With a BA in Physiotherapy, he specialises in Deep Tissue treatments. His extensive experience spans high-end spas, where he has provided a variety of treatments including Thai Yoga, Reflexology, and beauty services such as facials. Damian collaborates with clients to craft bespoke treatments tailored to their specific needs. 

Steve Mellor founded Athletic Medical Performance (AMP) after working in 5* hotels, Harley Street Sports Medicine Clinics and Performance Sport. Having worked in the industry for 18 years, he spotted a gap in the market with gyms, from both an excellence perspective but also a service perspective.

As a professional Basketballer, Flash experienced Strength & Conditioning at the highest level which has helped him as a Coach on the gym floor to show our members how much they can achieve. Flash is also a qualified nutritionist and heads up everything nutrition. Whether that’s feeding strategies for an ultramarathon or a fat loss goal, Flash will develop a personalised plan to guarantee you achieve your goals.

Throughout Niall’s BSc and MSc, he spent time working within Football, writing and delivering programs to a wide range of athletes. His unrivalled passion for self-development has meant he has climbed the ranks at AMP to become a Senior Coach and is responsible for the whole gym operation. Niall is the Lead Coach at Corinthia London, delivering 5* sessions to members and guests.
