1. Promoter and Participants
1.1 The promoter is Corinthia Lisbon (Alfa - Investimentos Turísticos, Lda., with its registered office at Av. Columbano Bordalo Pinheiro 105, 1099-031 Lisbon, registered with the Commercial Registry under the unique number 500014949, hereinafter referred to as "Corinthia Lisbon."
1.2 The competition is being held as part of the Olivae Market Brunch event, in partnership with the Olivae, Villa Sandi (Italy) and Emporio Italia brands, which are helping to organise and sponsor the prize.
1.3 All natural persons resident in Portugal and aged 18 or over may take part in this competition.
1.4 Employees of Corinthia Lisbon, Olivae, Villa Sandi, Emporio Italia, their associated companies, as well as their immediate families, agents or anyone directly involved in the organisation of this competition are excluded from taking part.
1.5 By participating in this competition, all participants consider themselves to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and also accept that, in the event of winning, their name and/or image may be used to publicise the result, under the terms described below.
2. Competition
2.1 The ‘Trip to Italy with Olivae & Villa Sandi’ competition will run as part of a series of 30 brunches at the Olivae Market Brunch event, organised at the Corinthia Lisbon Hotel between 20 April 2025 and 9 November 2025.
2.2 The competition is aimed exclusively at participants who purchase the Diamond Package during any of the brunches over the period indicated.
2.3 Participation consists of the Participant creating an original slogan linking the Olivae and Villa Sandi brands, by completing a physical form handed in at the brunch itself.
2.4 The slogans will be collected by the Olivae team and assessed by a jury appointed by the organisation.
2.5 The winner will be announced at the last brunch of the season, on 9 November 2025, by the management of the Hotel Corinthia Lisbon. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted at a later date using the details provided on the entry form.
2.6 The prize is a trip for two to Italy, including flights, accommodation, visits and wine tourism experiences, as described in clause 6 of these rules.
2.7 It is not possible to take part in the competition without purchasing the Diamond Package and submitting the above-mentioned slogan form, these being compulsory conditions of access.
3. How to Participate
In order to participate in the ‘Trip to Italy with Olivae & Villa Sandi’ competition, the mechanics will be as follows:
3.1 Purchase the Diamond Package during one of the brunches at the Olivae Market Brunch event, held between 20 April 2025 and 9 November 2025, at the Corinthia Lisbon Hotel. This purchase is a mandatory condition for participation in the competition.
3.2 After purchasing the Diamond Package, the participant will receive a physical form delivered by the Olivae team, on which they must write an original slogan associating the Olivae and Villa Sandi brands.
3.3 The form with the slogan must be handed back to the Olivae team, who will be duly identified, on the day of the brunch.
3.4 The forms will be collected weekly throughout the Promotion Period. The winner will be selected on the basis of all the slogans submitted during the brunches during the campaign period.
3.5 The winning slogan will be announced at the last brunch of the campaign, and the respective participant will be publicly identified as the winner of the competition.
3.6 Entries will only be considered valid if all of the above steps have been completed.
4. Participation Requirements
4.1 The slogan submitted must be original, created specifically for this competition and make direct reference to the Olivae and Villa Sandi brands.
4.2 The slogan will be judged on the following criteria:
- Originality and creativity
- Clarity of the message
- Ability to represent the values of the brands involved
4.3 The slogan may not contain:
i) Content that is offensive, discriminatory or encourages illegal or immoral behaviour;
ii) References to third party brands or content protected by any intellectual property rights of others;
iii) Any content that may infringe the rights of third parties, including image, intellectual property or privacy and data protection rights.
4.4 Participants guarantee that the slogan submitted is their own and that they have all the rights to use it in the context of the competition, taking full responsibility for any claims from third parties.
4.5 Participants agree to be contacted by the organisation for the purposes of managing the competition, communicating the results and scheduling the trip.
4.6 Corinthia Lisbon reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not fully comply with the above requirements or contains inappropriate, offensive or illegal elements.
5. Warranties
By submitting their entry, the Participant guarantees that:
- Is the exclusive author of the slogan submitted;
- Owns all intellectual property rights to the slogan;
- The slogan does not infringe any third party rights, including copyright, trade marks, image rights, or any other rights protected by law;
- The content of the slogan is not offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, illicit or contrary to morals and good customs;
- If the slogan mentions names, expressions or elements associated with third parties, the Participant has obtained the necessary authorisations for them to be used in the context of this competition;
- The Participant is over 18 and has fully accepted these regulations.
Corinthia Lisbon guarantees that:
- It will act within the scope of the rights granted under these regulations;
- The use of the winner's slogan will be limited to publicising the competition and institutional promotion of the Olivae and Villa Sandi brands, with no direct commercial purposes associated with the work. By virtue of these Terms and Conditions, the Participant grants Corinthia Lisbon a free, non-exclusive and non-remunerated licence to use the slogan exclusively for the purpose identified above;
- Corinthia Lisbon will not use the submitted content beyond what is necessary to communicate the competition, except with the express authorisation of the Participant.
6. The Prize
6.1 The winner of the ‘Trip to Italy with Olivae & Villa Sandi’ competition will be awarded an exclusive 3-night trip for two to Italy, organised in partnership with Villa Sandi and sponsored by Emporio Italia.
Prize description:
- Return flights, in tourist class, Lisbon - Venice (Marco Polo), sponsored by Emporio Italia
- Transfers in Italy between Marco Polo Airport and the Villa Sandi winery, sponsored by Sicily by Car (with a car labelled with the Corinthia logo)
- 3 nights' accommodation at Villa Sandi (Treviso, Italy)
- Daily breakfast included
- Premium tour of the Villa Sandi winery, with wine tasting included
- Visit to the surrounding countryside and travel to Venice or Verona
- Welcome card and special amenity in the room, with references to Corinthia Lisbon and Emporio Italia

Planned itinerary (depending on flight times):
- Day 1 - Arrival in Venice and transfer to the winery/hotel
- Day 2 - Breakfast + premium tour of Villa Sandi winery + free afternoon
- Day 3 - Breakfast + tour of the countryside and transfer to Venice or Verona
- Day 4 - Breakfast + transfer to the airport and return to Lisbon
6.2 The prize is valid for 2 person (double occupancy).
6.3 The trip must take place between January and March 2026. The exact dates will be agreed directly between the winner and the organisation, depending on the availability of flights and accommodation. Should the winner be unavailable to travel in this timeframe, Corinthia Lisbon reserves the right to award the prize to a substitute, without the need to compensate the original winner in any way.
6.4 Transfers to and from Lisbon airport are not included. They are the responsibility of the participants.
6.5 Lunches and dinners are not included in the prize and are at the discretion and responsibility of the winners.
6.6 The official announcement of the winner will be made at the last brunch of the campaign, on 9 November 2025, by the Management of the Corinthia Lisbon. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted directly.
6.7 The prize is personal, non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash, credit or any other alternative service.
6.8 Acceptance of the prize implies authorisation to use the winner's name and image in communication actions related to the competition, without the right to any additional compensation. By participating in this campaign, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions and grants Corinthia Lisbon authorisation to publicise his/her name and image under the terms of the Portuguese Civil Code in any means of reproduction, including electronic, as the winner of this competition, for the longest period permitted by applicable legislation and without limitation and for all territories of the world. Disclosure will be limited to what is strictly necessary to achieve the publicity and publicising purpose of the winner in question.
7. Selection of Winners
7.1 After the end of the Promotional Period, all the slogans collected in person during the campaign brunches will be assessed by a jury appointed by the Olivae Market Brunch event organisers, in collaboration with representatives of the Olivae and Villa Sandi brands.
7.2 The jury will consider the following criteria:
- Originality and creativity of the slogan
- Clarity and relevance of the message
- Effective link between the Olivae and Villa Sandi brands
7.3 A single winner will be selected based on the criteria described, who will be announced at the last brunch of the campaign in front of those present.
7.4 The winner will also be contacted by e-mail or telephone, based on the details provided on the physical form handed out on site.
7.5 The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 (three) working days of being contacted and return the prize declaration sent to them within the same period. If they fail to do so, the organisation may select another participant as the winner.
7.6 The jury's decision is final and not subject to appeal. No correspondence will be held with the participants about the selection process.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 Corinthia Lisbon reserves the right to refuse to honour any entry or to recover the full value of the prize if it considers that there has been an abuse or breach of the rules of this competition.
8.2 Corinthia Lisbon shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature whatsoever suffered by any participant as a result of this competition. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Corinthia Lisbon's liability for personal injury, physical, mental or health damage or death caused by the proven negligence of its employees or contractors.
8.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the interpretation or application of the rules on any matter related to the competition, the decision of the Corinthia Lisbon Board of Directors shall be final.
8.4 If any part of these rules is deemed invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction or other competent authority, that part will be severed from the rest of these rules, which will remain valid to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Jurisdiction
Participants, as consumers, have the right to bring legal proceedings in their language and their local courts, following the applicable legislation in Portugal. A local consumer protection organisation will be able to inform you of your rights. The present regulation does not restrict any right that may be applicable under Portuguese law.
10. Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 Matters not regulated in these rules will be resolved by resorting to the applicable legislation in Portugal.
11.2 This competition is not in any way subject to chance, and does not classify as a form of lottery or gambling, as defined by Decree-Law No. 422/89, of December 2 (“Gambling Law”).

3. Recipients of Personal Data

In addition, we may provide your personal data to any public or judicial authority in order to fulfil a legal obligation.
Some of these disclosures may involve transfers of your Personal Information to a country outside the European Union or the European Economic Area (EEA) (‘International Transfers’). The EEA consists of the member states of the European Union, and Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. In the event that Corinthia Lisbon carries out an International Transfer, the data subject will be notified.
4. Your Rights
Under applicable law, you have the right to:
- Access: Obtain information about whether we are processing your personal data, as well as access your personal data, the purpose, and the nature of the processing, and request a copy to verify the information we hold.
Rectification: Update or correct your personal data when it is inaccurate, as well as complete those that are incomplete. - Erasure: Request the erasure of your personal data when, among other reasons, the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Please note that we are subject to certain legal obligations, particularly regarding anti-money laundering, tax, and consumer protection laws, among others, which may prevent the immediate deletion of your personal data in certain situations.
- Objection: In certain situations, you may request that your personal data no longer be processed. We will cease processing the personal data unless there are legitimate grounds or for the establishment, exercise, or defence of rights in an administrative, judicial, or extrajudicial process.
- Restriction of Processing: You may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in the following situations:
