Corinthia Budapest is seeking a Guest Experience Manager to elevate every stage of the guest journey and ensure truly memorable stays. This role is ideal for a service-minded professional with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Drive guest engagement and satisfaction, with a focus on achieving goals and targets related to the Global Review Index. • Develop and coordinate activities for leisure guests that enhance the guest experience and support the hotel’s reputation. • Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience by engaging with guests before, during and after their stay. • Actively promote the hotel’s services and facilities, as well as the wider Corinthia Hotels offering, to support guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities. • Act as the hotel champion for GHA DISCOVERY. • Maintain contact with GHA DISCOVERY loyalty guests staying at the hotel, while coordinating Experiences and Local Offers. • Work closely with Heads of Departments and the LQA Champion to ensure LQA standards are implemented. • Review the service recovery tracker daily and follow up on individual cases directly with guests to ensure that issues have been resolved effectively. • Review and analyse recurring problems and complaints, and coordinate long-term solutions with the management team. • Meet and greet VIP guests on behalf of the hotel and the General Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
• Has experience in a similar role. • Has a college or university degree in a relevant field. • Has a proficient command of English; Hungarian is an advantage. • Has knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud and Hostware hotel systems. • Has strong guest service and problem-solving skills. • Represents themselves and the company in a professional manner.
