Located in the heart of Budapest, Corinthia Budapest, a historic hotel offering high standards of service, is seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to join its Front Office team.

 

Tasks & Involvements:

  • Ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service
  • Paying attention to guest inquiries, needs and solving upcoming issues, problems
  • Recommending the hotel services and facilities as well as the Hungarian special programs
  • Being responsible for the hotel car and taxi services
  • The ability to properly and efficiently handle accounting tasks, incoming and outgoing post, email, packages, ability to know/research and stay up to date on city-wide activities
  • Displaying a high level of integrity and professionalism in dealing with guests, colleagues and external contacts

 

The Ideal Candidate:

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
  • Higher education in relevant field
  • Proficient command of English and preferably Hungarian as well
  • Excellent knowledge of Hungary and Budapest
  • Outstanding guest service & organization skills
  • Professional self & corporate representation
