Russian visa support

All tourists who are travelling to Russia must obtain a Russian visa, with the exception of visitors whose countries have a visa-free agreement with Russia.

Should you require a visa to enter the Russian Federation, our reservations team will be pleased to provide you with the necessary information and support to ensure your visit to Russia is as smooth, and stress-free as possible.

Your passport with at least two blank visa-designated pages
Passport must be valid for at least six months after intended departure date from Russia
Two copies of your completed, signed visa application form
Two passport-sized photos taken within the last three months
Applicable fees
Visa support letter from a hotel
Hotel booking voucher
Confirmation of your booking in a hotel

Next steps

After you receive confirmation of your booking at Corinthia St Petersburg, please complete this Visa Support Request Form and send this alongside your booking confirmation to reservations.stpetersburg@corinthia.com - then we will issue a hotel voucher and visa support letter.

You can then begin your online visa application

Once you have printed your online visa application, all your documents must be taken to your nearest Russian Consulate

Please note: Our hotel provides this service free for all guests who arrive at the hotel. Should the reservation be cancelled or the guest does not arrive, a fee of €60 will be charged automatically to the credit card for each person who receives a visa support letter.

It's never been easier to visit St. Petersburg

From 1 October 2019, citizens of 53 countries including most EU countries, Iceland, Qatar, China, Malaysia, Mexico, Korea & Japan can obtain a free Russian e-visa for stays in St Petersburg for up to eight days. This new e-visa can be used to enter the Russian Federation through air, naval, automobile, and pedestrian checkpoints located in the territory of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
