Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bar
- Plan, coordinate and execute events and promotional activities
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and support the implementation of innovative concepts
- Actively supervise, mentor and develop team members to ensure high performance
- Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds brand and service standards
- Conduct regular quality audits to maintain excellence in service and product delivery
- Manage and monitor the bar’s budget in collaboration with the Head of Department
- Review and analyse the Profit & Loss (P&L) report, raising challenges or discrepancies where appropriate
The ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a fine-dining environment and/or within a 5-star hotel restaurant
- Higher education in hospitality or a related field
- Fluent English communication skills; Hungarian proficiency is a strong advantage
- Demonstrated success in managing complex operations and leading diverse teams
- Exceptional guest service orientation paired with strong problem-solving abilities
- Confident in professional self-presentation and upholding corporate standards
- In-depth, up-to-date knowledge of wines and beverages, with hands-on bartending expertise
