As the evening unfolds, Sass’ Restaurant & Lounge transitions seamlessly from dinner into its Night Club experience. Guests are welcome to book a table for the second dinner service and remain as the atmosphere evolves, with live DJ sets guiding the night into the early hours.
This rhythm reflects the spirit of the original Sass’ Café in Monaco, where dining, music and nightlife naturally flow together. In Bucharest, the experience carries the same energy, moving effortlessly from table to dance floor.

Established in 1993, this esteemed family institution, founded by Salvador, affectionately known as Sassa, and his wife Yolande, has evolved into a celebrated hub for nightlife experiences. Over the years, it has transformed into a dynamic party platform, offering handpicked guests a sense of home, marked by warm receptions every night.

In 1997, Samuel, also known as Samy, assumed the management of his family-owned restaurant. Drawing from his experiences in London's prestigious nightclubs, Samy revitalised Sass' Café with a modern concept.
