This year, Mother's Day will be all about creating beautiful memories at home. Our chefs have come up with a tantalising menu, fit for the most important women in our lives.

All you have to do is choose your favourite dishes and collect your lunch from the hotel on this special day.

The Menu

Starters

  • Baked veal lasagne topped with smoked cheese bechamel

  • Chicken and Sweetcorn soup with coriander dumplings
    or
  • Smoked salmon and king prawn platter with lemon and mild chilli dressing

Main Course

  • Baked salmon with fennel and tomato relish

or

  • Braised lamb shanks in red wine and thyme

or

  • Pork cheeks stew with root vegetables

or

  • Chicken korma served with aromatic rice, poppadums and chutney

 

Accompanied with:

  • Aubergine and tomato parmeggiana
  • Tiny vegetables and fresh coriander couscous
  • Roast potatoes & parsley butter pomme puree
  • Garlic butter baguette

Desserts

  • Baileys mousse cake
