Arrival time
- Allow sufficient time prior to your booking to get changed and complete your spa consultation form
- Please arrive 15 minutes early for treatment bookings of under one hour
- Please arrive 30 minutes early for treatment bookings over one hour
- Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time
Cancellations
- A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment not cancelled at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled time. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time.
Children's policy
- Children under 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is a competent swimmer.
- In order to preserve the relaxing ambiance of our spa, please be informed that children under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the swimming pool every day between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm.
- Our treatments are not conducive to children, therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years.
How to spa
- Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility
- Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the spa is a mobile phone, camera and smoke-free zone
- For health and safety reasons, limit your stay at the water therapy circuit to a maximum of two hours
