- Spa policy: In order to maintain a relaxing ambience, please note that children under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the Royal Spa between 11am and 3pm daily. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is a strong swimmer. The gym is only available for guests over the age of 16. Our treatments are not suitable for children, therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years.
