The Mediterranean Culinary Academy brings you a hands-on cooking workshop which showcases the very best of Malta’s food culture. The MCA's chef instructors will take you through the process of cooking a dish inspired by a traditional 18th-Century Maltese meal, and includes making and cooking your pasta from scratch.

Join us for a free two-hour ramble of discovery in delightful Pembroke. The walk sets off from the hotel and will introduce you to this diverse area and its rugged coast line, old fortifications towers and barracks dating from 17th century to a Natura 2000 site. Guests will need a good pair of walking shoes as we will be crossing rough and uneven terrain.
