To start

  • A selection of mouth-watering antipasti, Lebanese mezze, grilled vegetables, marinated and cured fish and shellfish, cured meats, terrines, pates, sushi and sashimi, sauces, dressings and more


  • Clams and ginger chowder, minted bread dumplings
  • Roasted sweetcorn and ham hock soup with fresh oregano


  • Paccheri with crab and prawn bisque, finished with marjoram
  • Oven baked lamb, spinach and feta cheese lasagne with smoked mozzarella and truffle oil
  • Wild boar ravioli with thyme, walnuts and sweet tomato pesto

From the carving station

  • Sweet garlic and rosemary studded fresh lamb served with mint jus
  • Slow roasted prime rib of beef with Yorkshire puddings and gravy

  • Chicken madras, lamb korma, lentil dahl, prawn biryani, palak rice and Indian fritters
