Itinerary Changes:  No re-booking fee is charged but the difference in fare and/or taxes must be collected. Both rebooking and reissue of ticket must be completed before the scheduled time of departure of the flight being cancelled. Changes not permitted in case of No-Show.  

Name Changes: Name changes for totally unused tickets is permitted at a nominal fee of EUR5 plus difference in fare.
