I have worked at the Corinthia for 1 year and 6 months.
My favourite element of the role is that we are directly involved in the guests' experience of the hotel. We are ambassadors and ensure that our guests are met upon arrival with a warm, friendly and professional approach. During their stay we must engage and take genuine interest in their London experience, and remember our discussions to further connect with them until they depart where we have the final contact and look forward to welcoming them back in the future.
I always wanted to be a Fireman.
It can be one story or something that someone in the hotel does every day to make you smile. My favourite moments are when we provide our guests with advice or first-hand experiences to enhance their stay and see them return with a big smile on their face and the fact that you have created a lasting memory for them
