- Tell us about your Corinthia London journey?
I’ve been at the Corinthia for about 7 months now and the time has flown by. I started as a Commis Waiter and am now venturing into Waiter territory - instead of being based predominately behind the scenes, I now float between the Crystal Moon Pantry and the Lounge itself. I'm a big fan of doing a bit of both.
- What is the best part of your job?
The Crystal Moon Lounge team has to be the best part of the job. Every day is packed with laughter and top quality banter, which helps elevate the team and enables us to bring the best possible service to our gorgeous guests.
- What does luxury mean to you?
Luxury to me is all about those extra added touches. Going above and beyond with intricate details that meet people’s needs before they’ve even realised they need it.
- If you were not in your current role, what would you be doing?
I’m an actor and dancer, and my biggest dream is to be on the big screen. That’s what I’m going to be doing, I can feel it. I’ve always had a strong connection to TV programmes and films and the storytelling behind them. I’ve been auditioning for projects for about two years now and have just had my first ‘yes’. I’ve booked a guest role on a TV show and I couldn’t be more chuffed.
- Can you tell us about an uplifting moment that you have had recently?
I had a really lovely uplifting moment with two guests a couple of weeks ago. They were celebrating two belated birthdays and we were able to form a lovely bond during the short time we had together. I won’t go into too much detail but it was really special and extremely wholesome. Something I’ll remember for years to come!
