At the mid-point between the Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice, we see the nights draw in. Once again we are given the Illuminating opportunity for Rebirth and Transformation. To look for ways to grow, to raise our vibrations and frequencies both individually and as one world.

We take time to reflect upon the unveiling of the lessons we have learnt, the truths we have been shown, the knowledge and wisdom we have gained. All that signify (if we look, listen and tune in) ways, messages, signs and symbols which can guide us to realign with our soul's purpose.

It is said that change is the only constant, yet we are so often resistant to it - both within ourselves and collectively. Going with the flow can be a difficult and painful process, especially when at times we want to swim back up-stream and hold onto relationships, situations and circumstances that no longer serve us well. We are often afraid to let go because of the fear of change, self-doubt, lack of worth, the discomfort of the unknown and the comfort of the familiar.

But change is inevitable; it is a part of every breath we take, every moment we live. Our destiny set before us, but in many ways guided by us. Painful endings can often merely be disguised as hopeful new beginnings.

If we look to our greatest teacher, mother nature, the natural world shows us all the abundant benefits of embracing and flowing with change. It shares with us the opportunities we have to release the parts of ourselves, perspectives and belief systems that we have outgrown and no longer benefit us, or our world, in kind, nurturing, loving, inspirational and positive ways.

As nature regenerates itself, adapting with such intelligence and wisdom to the given environments, the natural world finds ways to once again (if given the opportunity) to re-birth, flourish, sustain and thrive, and has been doing so since the beginning of time.

Momentous change and great shifts are upon us and planet earth. We are being gifted the opportunity to plant new seeds for our journeys ahead. Ones that, if we tend to with compassion and understanding, will flourish, bringing peace, happiness, balance and harmony to our lives and the world.
