PRIZE DRAW: WIN A MEAL FOR TWO AT KERRIDGE’S BAR & GRILL

1. The promoter is Tom Kerridge Media Ltd, registered office The Mill, Pury Hill Business Park, Alderton Road, Towcester, NN12 7LS, United Kingdom.

2. Open to UK mainland residents and aged over 18, excluding employees of Tom Kerridge Media Ltd and Corinthia London, their family, and any other person associated with this promotion.

3. To enter the prize draw you must:

- TAG your dining companion in the IG/FB post as per the instructions within the post for the competition.

- LIKE the competition post on FB/IG and share the post to your story

- FOLLOW @kerridgesbandg and @corinthialondon on Instagram and Facebook

4. The prize: The prize will be 1 x starter each, 1 x main between two as chosen from the chef’s larder options of Fish Pie, Turkey Curry Pie or Lancashire Hot Pot, 1 x dessert each, with one bottle of wine (sommelier pairing). Any extra spend will need to be paid for by the winner at time of dining.  Any additional expense incurred, including travel, is not included in the prize.

6. Prize must be redeemed by 31/01/2024.

7. The competition will be running from Monday 15^th January 2024 (Blue Monday) and running until Sunday 21^st January 2024 11:59pm EST. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8. The winner will be contacted on Monday 22^nd January 2024.

9. The winner shall only be contacted from @kerridgesbandg account and shall NEVER be asked for financial information to secure the booking.

10. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.

11. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. No third-party entries will be accepted.

12. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

13. No cash alternative available. Prize is not transferable or exchangeable. We reserve the right to replace the prize if necessary to do so.

14. No third-party entries will be accepted.

15. Tom Kerridge Media Ltd and Corinthia London will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, incomplete, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

16. The winner will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator, from all the valid entries received.

17. The winner will be notified by direct message from the Kerridge’s Bar & Grill account (kerridgesbandg) and announced on the competition post once the winner has been drawn. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours they are at risk of disqualification and the awarding of the prize to another entrant.

19. In the event of a dispute the decision of the adjudicator is final.

20. Tom Kerridge Media Ltd and Corinthia London reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

21. Entry into the competition is on the understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the prize being forfeited.
