Corinthia St Petersburg is Russia’s Leading Business Hotel 2021 at the World Travel Awards

On 22 October 2021 Corinthia St Petersburg was recognised as “Russia’s Leading Business Hotel” for the fourth time in a row by the World Travel Awards which acknowledges outstanding achievements in the tourism industry around the world.

Corinthia St Petersburg has won “Russia's Leading Business Hotel” by the World Travel Awards in 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018.

The 388-room Corinthia St Petersburg is the only five-star property that offers such a large number of rooms and event spaces in the historical city centre. The hotel offers 17 convertible event spaces including the largest ballroom in St Petersburg, and caters for a variety of events, including international conferences, sumptuous banquets, private weddings and high-end events. It makes the hotel the leading meetings and events space in St Petersburg.

For offering the best hospitality in Russia’s cultural capital, Corinthia St Petersburg was previously named Russia’s Leading Conference Hotel by the World Travel Awards seven times: in 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016, 2013, 2012 and 2011. In addition, the hotel was named Best Congress Hotel in St Petersburg by the Russian Business Travel & MICE Awards in October 2015, and was recognised by the Russian Hospitality Awards as the Best MICE hotel in Russia in February 2016.

Corinthia St Petersburg was acquired by Corinthia Hotels in 2002 and underwent a full renovation and expansion in 2009 with around €100,000,000 of investment. It is one of the Corinthia Hotels’ collection of five-star hotels founded by the Pisani family of Malta in 1962.
