Unfortunately, credit cards are not used in Sudan, so all payments should be on a cash basis.

Yes, computers are available in the Business Centre and the Executive Club Lounge on the 6th floor.

What time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served daily in the main restaurant from 6.30 - 10.30am and on Fridays service is until 11:00am.

Do you provide adaptors?
Yes, adaptors are available upon request. Kindly contact the reception desk for assistance.

Is there public transport close by?
Yes, there is a bus stop just outside the hotel.

Does the hotel arrange airport transfers?
Yes, our concierge can organise taxi or limo services in advance. Please give us a call. Other transfer services can also be booked with our car firm located in the main foyer.

To see the Nile River, we recommend booking a boat tour to see where Blue and White Nile meet. To arrange, please enquire at the front desk upon arrival.
