Executive chef Jean-Paul Manzac
With a career spanning more than 20 years in the Czech Republic, Jean-Paul Manzac heads up the team at Corinthia Prague.
He found a love for cooking during childhood in his hometown in France and after receiving a diploma from the culinary school, LEP (Lycée d'enseignement professionel), he worked in various French restaurants. Everything from the coast of Bordeaux to the ski resort of the Pyrenees. After a few years in French restaurants he moved to a Caribbean cruise ship, where he experienced so many different cuisines from around the world. In 1998, he came to the Czech Republic, where he worked in several hotel restaurants as well as his own restaurant called Brasserie M.
In 2017, he was hired as an Executive Chef at Corinthia Hotel Prague.
