The Summer Kitchen
This year, The Summer Kitchen returns for another season of delicious dining, creative cocktails and award-winning wines, all served under the beautiful Mediterranean sky.
Now in its fourth successful season, The Summer Kitchen has secured its reputation as a destination to dine during Malta’s warmest months. Tranquil and secluded, the restaurant is set within the hotel gardens, surrounded by its picturesque swimming pool and enveloped by lush gardens.
As always, the focus here is firmly on the food. Ingredients are chosen for their quality – selected from among the island’s leading suppliers for everything from salad greens to premium cheeses. The resulting menu is exciting and innovative, with a dynamic selection of meze, pasta, pizza, charcoal-grilled meats, hearty salads and vegetarian options, complemented by an excellent international wine list and our homemade desserts.

MICRO GREENS FROM RENNY'S
The edible flowers, micro greens and leaves that appear in our salads and garnishes are locally-grown at Renny's, a farm in the Zejtun countryside.
The connoisseurs of all things dairy at The White Sheep supply all the cheese on our menu.
HERBS FROM THE GARDEN
Many of the herbs used to pack each dish with flavour are grown in the garden at Corinthia Palace.
