Designed by David Collins Studio, Bassoon is a London destination bar with attitude. Combining a relaxed and intimate ambience with a stimulating dash of theatre, Bassoon pays homage to the arts of the finest bartenders in the capital. With a drinks menu designed by Marcis Dzelzainis and Michael Sager of Sager + Wilde, and a bar team headed up by Joshua Joyce of Satan's Whiskers, the cocktails are divine and the Champagne is beautifully considered.
