Corinthia Hotel London is partnering with Marcis Dzelzainis and Michael Sager from award-winning East London restaurant and wine bar Sager + Wilde. The collaboration will launch with pioneering bartender Marcis Dzelzainis managing the Bassoon Bar from July 2018, with the introduction of a new cocktail menu and a team spearheaded by head bartender, Joshua Joyce, previously of Satan’s Whiskers and the Beaufort Bar at The Savoy.
