Corinthia Hotel Khartoum Gets International Health & Safety Accolades
For consistently achieving exceptional levels and implementing high standards in health and safety across international boundaries, the hotel has been certiﬁed in HACCAP. In addition to the hotel management and staff becoming acquainted and trained in managing all aspects of safety, the Company has commissioned the UK based Cristal International Standards to audit the hotel.
Cristal International Standards which has 18 overseas branches is a global leader in systems and services for brand quality, standards management and related risk management.
Placing hygiene at the top of its business agenda, the upscale hotel adopted and continuously makes use of E-Cristal, an electronic risk management system that not only gathers and records hygiene data, but also alerts users to points of weakness. The system consists of Food Check, Room Check, Fire Check, Safety Check, Aqua Check, Echo Check and Pool Check, all developed in accordance with the World Health Organization’s guidelines.
