When you were younger, what was your dream job?
I grew up in the Austrian countryside, so I actually wanted to become a professional mountain biker.
What single piece of career advice would give your younger self?
It's hard to choose one... but it would be that you cannot learn experience, take your time to really understand your profession with no shortcuts.
What’s your favourite thing about working for Corinthia?
The drive and positive energy the team has.
Where is your favourite spot inside Corinthia Hotel London?
There are many, but right now its table 23 at Kerridge’s – it faces the whole room including the rotisserie, all the artwork and fabulous people in there.
What’s your favourite meal served at the hotel?
Definitely breakfast in Northall, because the omelettes are so tasty, and I never get tired of the cured salmon on our buffet.
What’s your favourite Bassoon Bar cocktail?
The pine americano, it’s campari with red vermouth and homemade pine soda, its light on alcohol and really refreshing.
