Where can we find guided city tours or city guides?
We work with a range of city guides, and we can organise for you to be picked up directly from the hotel. Please contact our concierge to arrange. 

Where can we buy metro tickets and how do we use them?
Tickets are available at the concierge. A 24-hour ticket will cost you 120 CZK. Before you board the metro, you have to validate your ticket at the turnstile.

What time is the metro open?
5am - 11pm, every day.

How can I get to the city centre from the hotel?
Corinthia Prague is located two metro stops from Wenceslas Square, the gateway to the city's historic centre. Vysehrad metro station is just steps from the hotel. It is on the red line, which connects to all areas of Prague.

Is it possible to call a hotel taxi from the city centre?
Yes, please call us and we can arrange. 

Do we need to have reservations for the on-site restaurants? 
Reservations are recommended but guests are welcome to walk in any of our restaurants. Please view our restaurants here.

Where can we buy theatre tickets?
We have online access to the Prague theatre reservation system, so please get in touch.

Do I have to wear a tie and suit to go to the theatre?
A night out at the theatre is a good excuse to dress up. We advise you to wear a suit, but a tie is not required.

Is the water from the taps in the hotel suitable for drinking?
Yes, without any restrictions.

Are adaptor plugs available?
Yes, please ask at the concierge desk.

What are the shop opening hours?
Shops are usually open from 9am - 7pm, Monday to Friday. On Saturday, shops usually stay open up to 12 noon and supermarkets and shops in the centre are open on Sunday as well.

When are petrol stations open?
24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can we access a computer at the hotel?
Yes, we have multiple computer facilities, including in our Executive Lounge on the 24th floor.

Do you offer babysitting at the hotel?
Yes, please ask at the concierge desk.
