- Spa policy: In order to keep the relaxing ambiance of our Spa, please note that children under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the Royal Spa between 11am and 3pm daily. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult who is competent in swimming. The gym is only available for guests over the age of 16. Our treatments are not suitable for children, therefore we are not able to accept appointments for children under the age of 16 years
