When Corinthia Hotel London opened its doors in April 2011 Garry Hollihead took the reigns as Executive Head Chef of the property. Garry brings to the role over 30 years of experience that has seen him hold positions in some of the most renowned restaurants and luxurious establishments both in the UK and internationally.
Garry Hollihead has been given free rein to indulge his passion for the British seasonal larder.
