The Glorious Twelfth

On the eve of 12th August estates across the United Kingdom will prepare for the biggest Game Drive of the season.  For those who cannot join a shoot, they can still revel in the tradition by feasting on the delicious game fare as London restaurants prepare to give city dwellers a taste of the countryside.

Corinthia London’s quintessentially British restaurant, The Northall, is celebrating the start of the British grouse shooting season with a specially devised Glorious Twelfth menu.
With the season starting 12th August, the grouse will be hung for seven days prior to being served at The Northall. 

Prepared by Executive Chef Garry Hollihead, in keeping with his locally sourced menu, guests will enjoy a three course menu incorporating seasonal produce to complement the flavours of the grouse as they take in the grand surroundings of The Northall restaurant.
