Indulge in a unique experience with Corinthia Hotel London’s Blanc et Rouge Wine Dinners throughout 2014. An inspired collaboration of World Wine Development Consultant, Christian Stivert, and Executive Chef, Garry Hollihead, the evening starts with aperitifs and an introduction to the wines presented by the vineyard's artisan producer.  Follow with a sumptuous four course dinner with dishes crafted to complement the wines selected in our exclusive Northall Private Dining Room.

The evening starts at 7pm and lasts for approximately 3 hours.

Barone de Ricasoli, Italy:

Let us take you to terroirs of Tuscany with the Baron Ricasoli Winery, the oldest vineyard in Italy, and believed to be the second oldest in the world. In 1872 Baron Bettino Ricasoli, known as the “Iron Baron” developed the formula for Chianti Classico wine, which the Mediterranean climate still produces to this day.

Champagne Moutard Père et Fils & Champagne Francois Diligent:

We are forever flowing bubbles at this Champagne themed dinner. The first Champagne of the evening, Champagne Moutard Père et Fils, comes from a family run vineyard dating back to the 17th century. The majority of grapes are grown on the estate, however some are grown by local neighbors within the region.

The second Champagne selected for the evening is Champagne Moutard Père et Fils. The Moutard-Diligent family are expert grape growers and have been making wine in the Champagnes Côte de Bar area since the 1600’s.

From the slopes of South Africa, comes a wine of character produced by The Nabygelegen Cellar. Nabygelegen’s mission is to create wines of character and concentration which passionately reflect the terroir, while using environmentally sound techniques in the cellar and vineyard.  Small productions of concentrated wines have already gained critical acclaim confirming their success so far.

Francois Lurton, South America

Hailing from the wine region of Bordeaux, François Lurton represents the fifth generation of grape growers in the large family which have been winemakers in Bordeaux since 1897. In 1988, Francois decided to discover the grapes of Argentina and Chile. He stayed and he was right. Today Francois offers a large range of beautiful wines, all reflective of the terroir and artisan method.
