| Where can I obtain a visa to enter Libya in United States? | All US travelers please refer to the Consular Information Sheet (CIS) for Libya, which contains information we have available on the Libyan visa process.
The CIS can be accessed through the Embassy’s website, or through the Department of State’s site.
Travelers may also wish to contact the nearest Libyan People’s Bureau – either in USA or Canada – since Libyan visa policies and practices are subject to change. While we do recommend that each person obtain a Libyan visa prior to travel, the Consular Section cannot provide assistance to persons seeking Libyan visas. |

| Who is the concierge? | Dear visitor - Welcome to Corinthia Hotel Tripoli - May I take the opportunity to introduce myself as Tony Tabone, Executive Chief Concierge and my young dynamic team at the Corinthia Hotel Tripoli. Our duty is to ensure that your stay in our hotel is enjoyable and comfortable. We are here to provide services to you. Guests often believe that the concierge is only there to confirm travel arrangements or book taxis. At the Corinthia Hotel Tripoli our team is ready to answer every need and is prepared for every eventuality. If it`s a walking archeological trail to the country`s past or a once in a lifetime desert experience including camel rides and desert twareg, sand dunes, salt coloured lakes, coloured painting in Akakus, engraving valley 9 kilometers long, in Germa, camping and beyond, we are sure to have done it before! Concierge can provide a privileged look into the best attractions Libya has to offer and the best restaurants - The concierge has dined in them… the most exclusive shops, archeological sites, white sandy beaches, different gold and carpet markets, the ancient tradition of whiling way of hours in a typical Shisha and Arabic coffee shops, a visit to Sriaa museum in the green square, a visit to 1st September avenue with a wide range of exclusive shops, restaurants and mosques. Our team is well connected and knows where they are to call to extend the warmest welcome. The concierge will find a personal stylist, baby sitter, doctors, dentists, private clinics or personal tour guide - and that`s the easy part! Do you need to change your flight destination? A bouquet of white roses or just a picnic hamper to take to the beach? Our concierge can provide it all with a single call! Whatever suits you, we are happy to oblige.
The concierge desk is available on number 3019
